Estimates
Estimates are based on the information available when the estimate is prepared, including information provided by the customer.The final cost may change if additional repairs, parts, labor, or conditions are discovered during inspection or service. We will seek customer authorization before performing additional chargeable work that materially exceeds the authorized service.Promotional discounts and offers may be subject to eligibility requirements, expiration dates, maximum discounts, and other stated conditions.
Appointments
Appointment times and arrival windows are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, previous appointments, parts availability, emergencies, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.Customers are responsible for providing a safe, legal, and reasonably accessible location where the vehicle can be serviced.
Authorization for Repairs
By approving an estimate or otherwise authorizing repairs, you authorize Brake King Mobile to perform the selected services and install the applicable parts.Additional work that is not included in the approved estimate will require customer authorization before it is performed and charged.
Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their vehicle and known mechanical conditions.Brake King Mobile is not responsible for pre-existing damage, worn or damaged components unrelated to the authorized repair, or failures resulting from conditions outside the scope of the services performed.If our technician discovers a condition that makes the requested service unsafe or impractical, we may decline or discontinue the repair.## Parts and WarrantiesParts and services may be covered by warranties specified in the customer's estimate, invoice, or applicable Brake King Mobile warranty terms.Warranty coverage is subject to the conditions, exclusions, and limitations stated in the applicable warranty. Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable warranty.
Payment
Payment is due according to the terms presented on the estimate or invoice.By providing a payment method, you authorize the applicable payment processor to process charges associated with services you have authorized.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers should notify Brake King Mobile as soon as possible if an appointment must be canceled or rescheduled.Certain appointments, promotions, deposits, or special-order parts may be subject to additional cancellation conditions disclosed when the service is scheduled or purchased.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and vehicle information and ensuring that Brake King Mobile has reasonable access to the vehicle at the scheduled service location.The customer represents that they own the vehicle or have authority to authorize repairs to it.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Brake King Mobile will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
